Fitness is a universal word, which means something different for everyone. It could range from a hard core cardio workout, weight training, or just manual resistance exercises you can do at home. My tip for the next couple months for the holidays, is to keep moving. The weather is cold and we need to keep warmth and energy moving in our physical body. Cardio is the key, and it does not have to be hard core. Just enough to get your heart rate up a bit. Cardio will not only warm your body, but it will keep your calories burning while the Holiday feasts arrive. Stay warm !
