Cardio Flow Yoga Class


Enter into a 1 hour class with Karen starting with a free flowing movement of sunflowers and reverse lunges. Moving right into hand walking planks, side planks and optional push ups.  Continue the flow into balancing and right into Warrior Series (with some extras!) Finishing  up with optional stretches right into Resting Pose (Savasanah) and Namaste.
